• Own start-to-finish operation of sheetfed offset equipment, including KBA 105/106 (6/7-color, 40-inch).
• Hit quality targets by monitoring output, maintaining color fidelity, and managing registration.
• Precisely manage the ink/water balance to achieve crisp, repeatable results.
• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance to keep uptime high.
• Work closely with production teammates to meet job schedules and goals.
• Keep the press area clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
• Model safe work practices and adhere to all company policies.

• Weekend Shift: Fri-Sat-Sun, 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• You will work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours plus weekend shift differential.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical printing training is a bonus.
• 3+ years proven experience as a Litho Press Operator.
• Strong practical knowledge of offset lithography and press operations.
• Keen attention to detail and a knack for solving problems quickly.
• Reliable, collaborative, and comfortable working independently.
• Good communicator with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
