We are seeking a motivated CNC Lathe Operator to join a growing precision manufacturing team in Santa Ana. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their machining career looking to build hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment supporting high-quality components.

The CNC Lathe Operator will be responsible for operating CNC turning machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints and specifications. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, understands basic machining concepts, and is eager to grow within a manufacturing environment.

• Operate CNC lathe machines to produce parts per blueprint specifications

• Load and unload materials and finished components

• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges

• Monitor machine performance and report issues to setup personnel or supervisors

• Maintain production quality and follow safety procedures

• Complete production documentation and inspection records

• Keep work area clean and organized

• 1–3 years of CNC lathe operating experience

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred

• Familiarity with precision measuring tools

• Basic understanding of machining tolerances and shop math

• Strong reliability and willingness to learn

• Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing is a plus
