RESTAURANT BUS PERSON
Please come join our team as a Restaurant Bus Person (Busser) at our restaurant located in the Renaissance Daytona Beach Oceanfront Hotel in Daytona Beach, Florida. We are looking for an experienced Bussers. Previous experience is preferred. Local candidates only, non-smoking position.

Position Overview
The Bus Person plays a critical support role in delivering an exceptional dining experience. This position ensures dining areas are clean, organized, and efficiently reset, enabling seamless service and maintaining high hospitality standards.
Guest Experience Support
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service
- Assist servers with food and beverage delivery
- Anticipate guest needs such as refills and clearing plates
- Maintain a welcoming dining environment
Table Maintenance & Dining Room Upkeep
- Clear and reset tables efficiently
- Ensure proper table setup with clean linens and utensils
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations
Operational Support
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Restock service stations
- Transport dishes to dishwashing areas
- Maintain organization of back-of-house areas
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Communicate effectively regarding guest needs
- Support team during peak service times
Qualifications
- Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment
Fast-paced, upscale dining environment with indoor and outdoor service. Flexible schedule required including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Lifting up to 40 lbs
- Carrying trays and bus tubs safely
