Dealer Trade Driver (Part-Time, On-Call)

Mike Maroone Ford Longmont is looking for dependable, safety-focused drivers to support dealer trades and vehicle deliveries across Colorado. If you enjoy being on the road, take pride in doing things the right way, and want flexible, part-time work (10–20 hours per week), this could be a great fit.

This is an on-call position—ideal for retirees, semi-retired professionals, or anyone looking for flexible hours without the full-time grind.

What You’ll Do

• Safely transport new and used vehicles to dealerships, auctions, customers, and other designated locations throughout Colorado
• Complete dealer trades accurately and on time
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any damage or concerns immediately
• Ensure all required documentation accompanies each vehicle
• Maintain communication with management regarding delivery timing
• Represent the dealership professionally with customers and partner stores
• Follow all traffic laws and dealership policies—no shortcuts, no excuses

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years and no major violations in the past 5 years. If your driving record needs a long explanation, this probably isn't your lane.
• Flexible schedule with availability for on-call hours
• Professional appearance and strong attention to detail
• Ability to operate automatic vehicles; manual transmission experience is a plus
