• Be the first point of contact for incoming leads — turning curious inquiries into excited, qualified buyers and sellers.
• Connect, build rapport, and follow up with prospective clients via phone, text, email, and social media.
• Set appointments for our top-producing agents and track every lead in our proven CRM systems.
• Stay on top of your game through world-class coaching, daily motivation, and ongoing training.
