MDB Transportation is hiring experienced CDL Class A drivers out of our Compton, CA terminal. We have TWO position types open — pick the one that fits your life:
LOCAL / HOURLY — HOME DAILY:
- Up to $30 per hour.
- All runs within 250 miles of our yard.
- Home every day.
REGIONAL / PER MILE:
- $0.60 per mile for solo drivers.
- Runs 250+ miles — Western states.
- Consistent weekly home time.
Team drivers: ask about our $0.80 per mile team rate.
POTENTIAL EARNINGS:
$70,000 – $100,000 per year — plus your $5,000 sign-on bonus. Steady, dedicated freight means consistent paychecks year-round, not feast-or-famine miles.
BOTH POSITIONS INCLUDE:
- $5,000 sign-on bonus for new drivers.
- $1,000 bonus for every driver you refer.

YOUR TIME MATTERS:
We understand that drivers spend time doing more than just driving. Our pay is built to compensate professional company drivers for the full trip cycle — driving time, loading and unloading, pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and required work related to the load.
ABOUT MDB TRANSPORTATION:

We are a 100% asset-based dry van carrier running a modern clean-energy CNG fleet — with our own on-site fueling station and on-site mechanics, so you are never stuck waiting on a third-party shop. REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience.
- Clean driving record — reliable and safety-focused.
- Must be able to read and communicate in English (FMCSA requirement) — bilingual is a plus.
- No special endorsements required.
- Must be able to work as a W-2 company driver.
