Job Title: Talent Sourcer
Location: New York, NY (10017)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM

The Talent Sourcer will partner closely with Recruiters to identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates, with a strong emphasis on hard-to-fill and niche roles. This role is critical in developing and maintaining strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies within a healthcare/hospital environment.

• Source and attract qualified candidates for assigned requisitions
• Utilize Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms to identify talent
• Leverage ATS platforms (Taleo preferred) to mine and manage candidate pipelines
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, fit, and interest
• Present shortlisted candidates to Recruiters and Hiring Managers
• Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
• Support recruitment coordination and onboarding activities as needed
• Participate in job fairs, networking events, and hiring initiatives
• Perform additional recruiting-related duties as assigned

• Minimum 2+ years of talent sourcing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (required)
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Taleo preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Boolean search and online sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions independently

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
