Real Estate Instructor Opportunity

Agent Real Estate Schools is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Real Estate Instructor to lead both in-person and online classes for aspiring agents. This position offers the chance to make a real impact by helping students earn their licenses, build confidence, and prepare for rewarding careers in real estate.

As an Instructor, you’ll guide students through pre-licensing material while sharing practical insight from real-world experience. You’ll help them understand not just the textbook concepts, but also the mindset, strategies, and daily habits that lead to success in the field. Whether teaching in the classroom or virtually, your role is to inspire, educate, and empower future professionals to take the next step with confidence.

Our programs provide structure, accountability, and hands-on learning that go beyond exam preparation. You’ll help students develop the communication skills, client awareness, and transaction knowledge they need to thrive once licensed. The ideal instructor enjoys creating an engaging learning environment and knows how to connect with students of all backgrounds and learning styles.

$40 per hour

• Lead in-person classes and workshops that prepare students for the real estate licensing exam
• Conduct live online training sessions and webinars for remote learners
• Deliver engaging presentations that simplify complex real estate topics
• Provide clear feedback, guidance, and encouragement to help students reach their goals
• Collaborate with staff to ensure consistent and effective curriculum delivery
• Stay up to date with current real estate practices, laws, and trends

• Current real estate license required
• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment
• Comfortable with technology for online instruction and virtual platforms
