As a Baker/Cook, your role will involve a mix of baking and cooking responsibilities to ensure our customers enjoy the best of both worlds. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and baking fresh rolls, bread, pastries, and cakes daily.
- Assisting with the preparation of breakfast and lunch menus, including traditional German and American dishes.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and bakery workspace.
- Following recipes and ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.
- Collaborating with the team to meet daily production goals and customer needs.
