Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is looking for a full-time Nursing Scheduler to join our team!

Marlborough Hills is an 186-bed skilled nursing facility. Mon-Fri 8a-4p schedule with weekly pay ranging from $25 to $28, depending on experience.

The nursing scheduler is responsible for overseeing the scheduling of the department to ensure we are staffed on each shift per state requirements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or its equivalent required.

  • CNA preferred, but not required.

  • Prior experience in scheduling preferred.

  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

  • OnShift experience preferred.

  • Must be able to make independent decisions when warranted.

Duties:

  • Organize, prioritize, and coordinate all nursing staff schedules.

  • Develop/utilize a master schedule at all times.

  • Post staffing schedule 2-4 weeks in advance, minimum.

  • Identify staffing problems, take initiative to resolve, communicate to DNS and/or Administrator.

  • Update and prepare payroll in ADP for Corporate Bookkeeper on a daily/weekly basis.

  • Maintain daily staffing sheets and DPH required staff sheet.

  • Seek opportunities to fill open positions in a manner which limits overtime.

  • Develop positive relationships with members of the nursing department.
