A well-established General Contractor with one of the longest operating histories in the Miami construction market is seeking an experienced Multifamily Construction Superintendent to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned field leader to join a respected Miami-based GC with a strong pipeline of multifamily construction projects.

The Superintendent will oversee day-to-day field operations on multifamily construction projects, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage daily field operations for multifamily construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met
• Monitor quality control and jobsite safety
• Conduct and lead subcontractor meetings
• Coordinate inspections and resolve field issues
• Work closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and subcontractors
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
• Ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and building codes

• 5+ years of construction superintendent experience
• Strong background in multifamily ground-up construction
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and safety
• Excellent communication and field leadership skills
• Procore experience preferred
• OSHA certification preferred
