What We’re Looking For:

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct patient diagnostics by administering hearing evaluations, tests, and/or examinations and make recommendations for the best hearing solution for the patient
  • Perform comprehensive audiological assessments, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and immittance testing
  • Interpret test results and provide appropriate recommendations for treatment or further evaluation
  • Perform VA Compensation & Pension examinations and provide medical opinion reports
  • Fit and dispense hearing aids, including selection, verification, and counseling on use and maintenance
  • Conduct hearing aid fittings and recommend appropriate hearing solutions by educating patients on their hearing loss and the technology available
  • Discuss prices of technology, lifestyle, and goals with each patient with hearing loss
  • Provide counseling and education to patients and their families on hearing conservation, communication strategies, and assistive listening devices
  • Involvement in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living facilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in audiology research and technology

What You’ll Need:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure as an Audiologist
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages and backgrounds
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a diverse team of professionals
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable; open to change and feedback

What We Offer:

  • Base Salary: 72,000 plus commission earning potential
    • Total Compensation Worth: $100,000
