About the Job
Ready to step into a leadership role this summer? As a Rides Lead at Enchanted Parks, you'll help guide a team of ride operators while making sure guests stay safe and have an amazing experience. This is a great opportunity for teens and young adults who already have ride experience and want to grow their leadership, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills in a fun, fast‑paced environment.

What You'll Do
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and positive ride operation environment
- Perform all Ride Team Member duties as needed
- Support and guide Ride Team Members to ensure procedures are followed correctly
- Enforce all ride safety rules and park policies
- Assist with guest and team member questions or concerns professionally
- Organize ride team assignments, rotations, and break schedules
- Complete required reports, including time slips, training records, and maintenance notes
- Perform and assist with daily ride safety inspections
- Train and coach new Ride Team Members on procedures and expectations
- Lead by example through reliable attendance and positive teamwork
- Maintain Enchanted Parks' Guest‑First service standards
- Assist with other duties as assigned by ride leadership
What We're Looking For
- Minimum age: 16
- Previous ride operation experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in busy situations
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Professional, positive attitude and dependable attendance
- Ability to follow and enforce safety procedures consistently
Other Duties
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support ride operations and overall park success.
