Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nursing department, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Oversee patient care delivery, quality assurance, and clinical performance.
• Develop, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to maintain a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN License or Compact State RN License (required).
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) (required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (required upon hire).
• 3+ years of professional nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/leadership role.
