Position SummaryThe Busser plays an essential role in delivering a seamless, highly polished dining experience. This position supports the service team by maintaining pristine dining spaces, anticipating the needs of guests and servers, and ensuring every detail of the dining room meets Spago's elevated standards.

While performing the duties of this role, team members are regularly required to stand for extended periods; bend, twist, kneel, crouch, or stoop; and reach with hands and arms, including overhead. The role involves frequent handling of service equipment and tools and requires lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally. Visual requirements include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work ConditionsThis position operates primarily indoors within the front-of-house and kitchen environments. Team members may be exposed to heat, hot foods, steam, cleaning chemicals, fumes, equipment, and moderate to high noise levels depending on service volume and equipment use. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.
