This role focuses on promoting our title and escrow services, generating new business opportunities, and providing an exceptional client experience.

• Build and nurture relationships with real estate professionals and lending partners.
• Promote company services through networking, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and service.

• Previous sales or marketing experience in title, escrow, mortgage, or real estate preferred.
• Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
