\nShift Requirements: 12hr Days/Nights Variable (must be flexible with scheduling)
\n**any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence
\nPrimary location: ThedaCare Appleton 6th Floor
\nWeekend: Every other
\nHoliday Requirements: Holiday rotation
\nFloat Requirements: Floating mostly between 6th/7th floor (MS/Oncology) - Floating throughout the facility and to all ThedaCare Facilities within a 60 mile radius as needed
\nOn Call/Call Back Requirements: None
\nRequired certifications: WI RN License & AHA BLS (required); AHA ACLS & ONC (preferred)
\nMinimum 3+ years RN experience REQUIRED
\nMinimum 2+ years Med/Surg experience & able to interpret basic telemetry rhythms REQUIRED
\nCharting Experience: EPIC within the last 2 year REQUIRED
\nPatient Ratio 6th/7th floor: 1:5-6 with support staff, Ratios decreased to 1:3-4 with Primary care/Chemo Admin
\nBeds: 6th floor (medical patients) - 15 beds & 7th floor (higher acuity) - 21 beds.
\nPatient Population: Medical and Oncology Patients
\nScrub Colors: Black

\nNo new travelers - at least one completed contract REQUIRED
\n
\nGSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
