Alcohol and Drug Freedom Center of Knox County is seeking a team focused, Case Manager to work full-time with clients. The Case Manager provides coordination and referrals for clients who need ancillary services to help them achieve their individual treatment plans. This includes assisting clients with housing, medical care, food, employment, and transportation in addition to working with other community organizations to provide continuity of care through collaborative services and information sharing.

This is an office and community-based position that involves some travel and transporting of clients within the county. Because of this, a valid Ohio Driver License and two years of driving experience are required. Case Management Specialists must maintain and show proof of full automobile insurance coverage.
Qualified applicants are required to have a high school diploma or equivalent. CDCA (Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant) credential preferred (expected to be obtained within one year of employment if not already obtained). Applicants must be able to pass a BCI check and post offer/pre-employment drug screen.
