Overview

We're looking to hire a Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize campaigns across digital platforms, with a strong preference for TikTok experience.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands performance marketing, pays attention to details, and can think critically about what's driving results.

We're flexible on background and experience level — but the person must be reliable, sharp, and easy to work with in a team environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns (TikTok, Meta, Google)
• Monitor performance and make data-driven adjustments
• Test creatives, audiences, and messaging
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve results
• Stay organized across multiple campaigns
• Communicate clearly with team members on performance and next steps

What We're Looking For

• Experience running paid ads (TikTok preferred)
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• Organized and able to manage multiple moving pieces
• Communicates clearly and follows through
• Takes ownership of work and is comfortable being accountable for results

Experience Guidelines (Flexible)

• Ideal: ~2+ years experience
• Open to:
  • Candidates with Google Ads only
  • Junior candidates (6–12 months experience) with strong potential
