• Financial Auditing: Reconcile daily transactions, balance guest accounts, process credit card vouchers, and run end-of-day reports.
• Guest Service & Operations: Manage front desk tasks, including late check-ins/check-outs and resolving guest inquiries.
• Security & Safety: Monitor hotel security, act as the primary contact for emergencies, and manage the hotel safe during night hours.
• Supervision: Oversee night shift staff, ensuring all departments complete necessary tasks.
• Reporting: Prepare summaries of financial performance, including occupancy percentages and revenue, for management. 

• Experience: Previous hotel front desk or auditing experience is usually required, often with supervisory experience.
