Join Our Team as an HR Assistant at Sadler Health Center!

Are you passionate about making an impact in healthcare while growing your HR expertise? Sadler Health Center, a FQHC, is seeking an HR Assistant to support our team and help us build a thriving workplace.

What You’ll Do as our HR Assistant:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
  • Support recruitment efforts by posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
  • Communicate HR policies and answer basic employee questions, ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal protocols.
  • Assist with benefits administration and help employees navigate health, retirement, and other programs.
  • Provide support for HR events, training sessions, and engagement initiatives.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Required: Must have an associate's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, AND at least 3 months of HR or administrative experience.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, HR certification (aPHR, SHRM-CP, or PHR), or experience in healthcare HR.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including a generous PTO benefit! The pay range for this role is $21-23 per hour.

Sadler Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center with offices in Carlisle, PA, Loysville, PA and Mechanicsburg, PA.
