Position Type: Staff Augmentation (Contract)
Location: Columbia, SC (Fully Onsite – 5 days/week)
Duration: 12 months (possible extension)

Overview

A public sector client is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager – Advanced to manage multiple IT projects within a healthcare insurance technology environment. This role will coordinate across internal teams, leadership, and external vendors to support project planning, reporting, documentation, and overall execution.



Key Responsibilities

· Manage multiple IT projects from initiation through completion

· Collaborate with internal teams, leadership, and external vendors

· Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation

· Support portfolio/program planning, metrics, and reporting

· Track project progress, risks, issues, and deliverables

· Coordinate effort estimation, resource planning, and task allocation

· Ensure clear communication across stakeholders and project teams



Required Skills

· PMP Certification (Project Management Professional)

· 3–5+ years of Project Management experience

· 1–3+ years of project management experience in a healthcare insurance IT environment

· Project planning experience, including technical effort estimation and resource allocation



Preferred Skills

· Experience with Medicaid or Healthcare Delivery Systems



Work Authorization / Candidate Location Requirement

· Candidate must be a South Carolina resident OR willing to relocate to SC prior to start date at their own expense.
