La Vita Bella Home Health and Hospice is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides for the 5 am shift to provide exceptional care to our clients starting bright and early. Your kindness and commitment will help our clients begin their day with dignity, comfort, and support.

What You’ll Do

• Provide personal care with respect and compassion (bathing, grooming, dressing) during the early morning hours
• Assist clients with morning routines and mobility
• Prepare light breakfasts and monitor nutritional intake
• Offer companionship and emotional support to start the day positively
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment
• Communicate effectively with family members and care teams about client status

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation and punctuality for early morning shifts
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license, car registration, and insurance listing the applicant as an insured driver
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
• Ability to pass drug screening and criminal background checks
