We are seeking reliable General Labor associates to assist in the construction of modular homes in an indoor facility. This role involves working in various departments and supporting different stages of the home-building process, including framing, window and door installation, electrical, and plumbing.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in building modular homes from the ground up
• Work across multiple departments as needed
• Support teams with framing, installation of windows and doors, and basic construction tasks
• Assist with electrical and plumbing components under supervision
• Use basic hand tools safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

• Must have own basic tools: tool belt, hammer, tape measure, and box cutter
• Previous make-ready, construction, or related experience preferred
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Comfortable working in an indoor construction environment
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in construction, carpentry, or similar trades
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus

Hours: Shift- 8am-430pm sometimes 5:30pm and Saturday's 7-8hrs.

Bonus Plan available for certain departments in addition to hourly pay.
