Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team at Winchester Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. As a CNA at our facility, you will assist residents with daily living activities and support nursing staff in providing high-quality, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) according to care plans and facility policies, including bathing, grooming, oral care, hair care, lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transferring residents

  • Coordinate dining services, including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of intake

  • Deliver nutritional supplements and assist residents as needed, documenting intake accurately

  • Measure and record vital signs, weight, intake, and output; report changes to nurse and supervisor

  • Track residents' skin condition and report pressure areas, skin breakdown, or tears to the nurse and supervisor

  • Provide supportive services to nurses and other staff as needed

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents

  • Complete accurate daily documentation

  • Flexibility in accepting different assignments

Qualifications:

  • Current, unencumbered Massachusetts CNA license in good standing

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • No disciplinary actions against certification

  • Strong communication and critical-thinking skills

  • Ability to handle situations with tact and professionalism
