About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a key role in driving pipeline and growth. You'll be responsible for identifying prospects, sparking conversations, and creating opportunities that set the sales team up for success. This is a foundational role for anyone looking to build a long-term career in tech sales.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest in the company's solutions
  • Research and qualify potential customers to understand their business needs
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to refine messaging and targeting strategies
  • Track all activity and metrics in the company's CRM and engagement tools
  • Consistently meet or exceed targets for outreach and qualified meetings
