Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled audiologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to improving patients’ quality of life through expert evaluation, diagnosis, and management of hearing and balance disorders. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively in a supportive setting while also enjoying autonomy in patient care.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including diagnostic testing for hearing and balance disorders.
2. Counsel patients and families regarding test results, treatment options, and ongoing management.
3. Fit, program, and manage hearing aids.
4. Provide vestibular assessments and appropriate management strategies.
5. Collaborate closely with the ENT physician to ensure continuity and quality of patient care.
6. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with practice and regulatory standards.
7. Participate in patient education, outreach, and follow-up to support long-term outcomes.
Qualifications
1. Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree or Master’s in Audiology (with appropriate licensure).
2. Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure).
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first approach.
4. Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small practice setting.
