Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Webster Manor Rehab

Up to a $2,000 sign-on bonus available!* Full-time openings on 7a-3p, including an every other weekend rotation. $23 to $27 an hour with differentials with weekly pay. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials. As a CNA, you will provide routine daily nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met in accordance with our established nursing care procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine daily nursing care to residents, including personal care, vital signs, and gentle bathing

  • Participate in planning and following current resident care plans

  • Complete resident assignments effectively and promptly

  • Observe changes in resident conditions and report them accurately

  • Document resident care accurately and completely

  • Meet personal grooming needs for each resident

  • Promptly answer call lights and assure that all are placed within reach of the resident

  • Maintain a clean and orderly resident care area

  • Identify residents using correct methods

  • Demonstrate correct safety techniques

Requirements:

  • Must be a registered certified nurse's aide in accordance with the laws of this state

  • New graduates welcome!

  • Must have knowledge of restorative nursing and rehabilitation policies and utilize appropriately

  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

  • Must possess the ability to make independent decisions and deal tactfully with personnel, residents, and the general public

  • Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm
