Heights Care & Rehab is looking for compassionate, dependable, and energetic Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team!

We're offering a schedule that provides flexibility and work-life balance. Team members can enjoy a consistent 3-day work week, with the opportunity to pick up a 4th day for additional hours and overtime opportunities if desired.

What You'll Do

Assist residents with activities of daily living

Provide personal care with dignity, compassion, and respect

Assist with transfers, mobility, repositioning, and toileting

Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights

Observe and communicate changes in resident condition

Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide outstanding care

What We're Looking For

Active Colorado CNA Certification

Compassionate and resident-focused

Dependable and reliable attendance

Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

Excellent communication abilities

Previous skilled nursing experience preferred but not required

We are currently hiring for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday Day Shifts.

Applicants may choose to work 3 days per week, with the option to pick up a 4th day for additional income and overtime opportunities.
