Responsibilities
The Area Sales Manager plays an important leadership role in a defined geographic area and grows the usage of finance products and portfolio balances in that area.

Qualifications
5+ years of sales or management experience with a proven track record of coaching, mentoring, and leading a team of sales representatives
Experience leading a team of 6 or more with measurable success in driving growth, achieving sales targets, and building high-performing teams
Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and influence others through periods of change and transformation
Financial acumen and comfort managing performance against sales goals, P&L objectives, and profitability targets
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable sales plans and execute effectively
Skilled at building strong customer relationships and collaborating cross-functionally to drive revenue and deliver exceptional service
Background in B2B sales — ideally within distribution, wholesale, or a related industry
Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM tools preferred
Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field — or equivalent experience
