One Tech Engineering is searching for a Sourcing Specialist for a position located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Sourcing Specialist will support large capital and onsite services projects for the nuclear fleet, managing end‑to‑end strategic sourcing activities including intake review, contract development, sourcing events, negotiations, execution, and post‑award contract management.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and experience in strategic sourcing or purchasing.

Sourcing Specialist Responsibilities:

• Review and validate sourcing requests from stakeholders
• Ensure required information and compliance elements are in place
• Conduct vendor risk assessments
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms
• Run sourcing events (RFPs/bids) when required
• Execute purchase orders and assist with invoice issue resolution
• Manage supplier performance and recovery plans
• Maintain nuclear contract records and documentation (life-of-plant retention)

Requirements of the Sourcing Specialist:

• Bachelor’s degree and experience in strategic sourcing or purchasing.
• Experience with contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Experience managing large projects and complex scopes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word (advanced formatting), Excel, and PowerPoint.
• CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or equivalent certification preferred.
• SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Coupa or other e-sourcing/contract management tools preferred.
• Familiarity with the nuclear industry is preferred.
