Overview:

Osprey Talent Solutions is seeking to partner with an experienced Cleared Technical Sourcer on a commission-only basis to support active client engagements.

This role supports the Osprey Defense Solutions (ODS) service line, focused on technical and cleared hiring across defense and national security programs.

Osprey is currently supporting multiple clients with active requirements across both high-volume and specialized roles. This is an opportunity to contribute immediately to live work and support ongoing delivery.

Role Summary:

This is a sourcing-focused position. the individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and delivering qualified candidates for active requirements. Osprey will manage client relationships, submissions and the offer process.

This role is best suited for someone comfortable operating independently and can consistently identify candidates within technical and cleared environments.

Responsibilities:

• The role involves sourcing and engaging candidates aligned to technical and cleared requirements.
• The individual will deliver candidates for active roles in a timely manner and ensure that each candidate meets core qualifications, including clearance level, technical fit and location.
• The role also includes maintaining professional communication with candidates throughout the process and collaborating with Osprey to ensure alignment on role requirements and candidate quality.

Qualifications:

• Candidates MUST be U.S. Citizens.
• Prior experience recruiting within technical and defense environments is required, along with direct experience supporting cleared roles such as TS/SCI or similar programs.
• Agency or contract recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
• The ability to operate independently in a remote environment is essential.

Compensation Structure:

This is a 100% commission-based contractor engagement with a flexible schedule. This role includes weekly virtual check-ins and ongoing communication via e-mail, Teams and other collaboration tools.
