Pay Rate
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm. Must be flexible with schedule and work overtime as needed.

Boor Shop Builder Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble and prep interior and exterior doors according to customer specifications
- Use saws, routers, boring machines, and other door shop machinery safely and accurately
- Measure, cut, and assemble door components to required specifications
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or shop drawings
- Maintain clean and organized work area and ensure proper care of tools and equipment
- Assist with loading/unloading materials and other warehouse tasks as needed
Boor Shop Builder Qualifications and Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a door shop, millwork, carpentry, or woodworking environment.
- Comfortable using power tools, saws, routers, drills, and shop machinery.
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform accurate cuts.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
