As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering solutions tailored to their vision. This is an outside sales role where you’ll use advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions.

• • Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
• • Participate in weekly sales training to continuously improve your skills
• • Design customized bath solutions using our user-friendly software
• • Provide pricing and close sales on a consistent basis

• • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• • Previous sales experience (home improvement or remodeling is a plus)
• • Reliable transportation and local residency
• • Confidence in presenting and speaking with homeowners
• • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset
• • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
• • Outgoing and professional personality

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential, where your income is directly tied to your performance and experience. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, driven, and looking for flexibility with high earning potential.
