Core responsibilities
  • Operate blow molding machinery to produce containers across multiple sizes and colors.
  • Inspect bottle output and verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Recommend method and equipment improvements to lift departmental efficiency.
  • Escalate issues to your supervisor and assist peers in timely problem resolution.
  • Enforce safety rules, GMP practices, and maintain excellent housekeeping.
  • Service and maintain blow molders, chillers, air compressors, grinders, and blenders.
  • Hang molds and complete set-ups to bring lines online.
  • Provide coverage for operators on any shift when needed.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of blow mold maintenance and/or injection molding experience.
  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to stand for long durations.
  • Capable of lifting, twisting, and carrying up to 60 lbs.
  • Comfort working in both temperature-controlled and non-temperature-controlled areas.
  • Ability to work around elevated noise levels (site-dependent).
  • Able to wear a full-face respirator when required.
  • Adherence to Health & Safety and GMP regulations.
  • Willing to work overtime as needed.
Compensation

$36–$41 per hour base range. Actual pay varies based on relevant skills/experience, time in role, business line, and work location.
