Job Summary:
HOURS: Hours 8:30am-5:00pm
Will be part of on call rotation after approximately 60-90 days of employment
As our Electronic Monitoring Agent, your mission is to ensure the accurate, timely, and ethical monitoring of individuals, fostering program compliance and contributing to the overall success of electronic monitoring initiatives.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Install, remove, and conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of our equipment.
Manage daily alerts.
Managing new referrals, including scheduling and managing enrollments and installations
Conduct other related services such as home detention monitoring and drug testing.
Continuous monitoring and surveillance.
Timely and accurate reporting.
Communication and collaboration with team.
Technical troubleshooting and maintenance.
Feedback and improvement contributions.
Travel under 30% is required

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent is REQUIRED. Some technical school or college is a plus.
This position requires candidates to be at least 21 years of age due to job-related requirements.
Knowledge of Criminal Justice preferred
Bilingual- Spanish verbal and written communication preferred but is not required.
