The Operations Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep across both attraction areas and common spaces within a large commercial facility. This role focuses heavily on painting, wall covering, drywall repair, and tile work, ensuring high-traffic areas remain visually appealing and well-maintained.

This position requires hands-on work in a fast-paced, public-facing environment, supporting both scheduled and responsive maintenance tasks. The role includes early-morning shifts starting at 5:00 AM, with a focus on tile repair and restoration before the facility opens.

Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

• 3+ years of experience in building maintenance or commercial facility maintenance.
• Experience with painting, wallcovering, drywall repair, and general maintenance work.
• Knowledge of ceramic tile repair and installation is a plus.
• Familiarity with commercial maintenance practices and facility upkeep standards.
• Experience operating power tools and hand tools safely.
• Experience operating aerial lifts up to 35 feet.
• Trade school or vocational training in building maintenance or related field preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout the facility (majority of the shift).
• Regular bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching at various heights.
• Handling and lifting materials ranging from light loads up to 75 lbs (occasionally).
• Occasional work at heights ranging from 10 to 35 feet using lifts or ladders.
• Repetitive physical tasks, including pushing, pulling, and material handling.

• Perform Facility Maintenance: Complete maintenance work in common areas and attraction spaces, ensuring timely, accurate execution.
• Painting & Wallcovering: Perform commercial painting and wallcovering to maintain the visual quality of high-traffic areas.
• Tile Repair & Installation: Perform ceramic tile repair and restoration, particularly during early-morning shifts before opening.
• Drywall Repairs: Perform drywall patching and repairs as needed throughout the facility.
• Maintain Facility Appearance: Restore and maintain interior and exterior painted surfaces to like-new condition.
• Support Custom Work Requests: Complete custom painting and wallcovering services as required by internal stakeholders or tenants.
• Operate Equipment Safely: Use hand tools, power tools, and aerial lifts safely and efficiently.
• Preserve High-Traffic Areas: Ensure that heavily used public spaces remain clean, safe, and visually maintained.
• Support General Maintenance: Assist with additional maintenance tasks as needed to support facility operations.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
