Position – Maintenance

Job Location – Allenton, WI

Starting Date – Immediate, 09/05/2025

Employment Term – Regular, Direct Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (7:00am – 3:00pm)

Starting Pay – $50,000 - $67,000 (Depends on Experience)

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience

In a nutshell, you would be responsible for asset maintenance and preservation. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in electrical and pneumatic system troubleshooting and repair. Ability to work as a team and good communication skills are key components for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Perform a wide variety of highly skilled maintenance work to maintain structures, electrical system, heating systems, plumbing, machine repair, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.

May assign, instruct, and lay out work for Maintenance Technician of lower classifications

May troubleshoot and re-program or program and edit programmable logic controllers

Evaluate and troubleshoot PLC’s

Observe all safety and OSHA guidelines and procedures

Support and follow the QMS requirements

Maintain a clean and orderly work area

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of various trades, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repair is required.

Knowledge of PLC’s

Basic reasoning skills and language skills

Ability to read, complete, and analyze general business and shop paperwork

Can effectively present information and respond to questions/requests from managers, employees, and customers.

Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization and communicate with employees professionally at all times.
