Required Skills (Mandatory)
7+ years of experience as a Lead Developer or Development Manager
Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL
Experience with Azure SQL, SQL Server, or Oracle
Ability to perform system analysis and requirement gathering
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio / .NET
Knowledge of ORMs (Entity Framework, n-Hibernate)
Experience in financial systems or business processes
