Job Responsibilities:
· Process full-cycle payroll operations for 1,000+ employees across multiple states and company entities
· Maintain employee payroll records, process personnel changes, and ensure data accuracy within the system
· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including California wage and hour requirements
· Review payroll registers, audit earnings and deductions, and resolve discrepancies prior to payroll processing
· Generate payroll reports and assist with reconciliations, audits, and internal reporting
· Support onboarding, terminations, benefit deductions, and employee updates
· Respond to employee payroll inquiries while providing excellent customer service and maintaining confidentiality
Requirements:
· Experience processing within multi-state (must have CA) and multi-entity environments
· Experience utilizing Paylocity
· Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
