DutiesKey Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor supply inventory to keep classrooms well-stocked and running smoothly
Help maintain and organize equipment, ensuring everything is up to date and in good condition
Greet children, families, and visitors with a welcoming, positive presence
Support daily office operations and ensure the office is properly closed at the end of each day
Assist with marketing efforts, including updating our Facebook page and other social media platforms
Use tools like Excel or Google Sheets to track information and stay organized
RequirementsRequirements:- Excellent, grammatically correct English (Bilingual a plus).
- High proficiency in spreadsheets/Excel and digital tools.
- Resourceful problem-solver with a high degree of punctuality.
- Flexibility for occasional late-day parent pickups.
