Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for Interventional Cardiology, Vascular, and Pain Services, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional patient care.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff to promote clinical excellence and professional growth.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and administrative leaders to enhance service quality and patient satisfaction.
• Oversee department budgets, staffing plans, and compliance with hospital policies, state regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
• Current RN license in the State of Michigan Required
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience (leadership or management experience preferred)
