Poquet Auto Sales is a pre-owned luxury import car dealer that specializes in a wide range of imports and domestic brands. Our showroom is conveniently located in Golden Valley, MN.

We are currently seeking a full-time Assistant Detail Manager to join our team. Prefer previous detailing, shampooing and buffing experience, but not required. Individual must be driven, hard-working, and able to multi-task. 

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Oversee Detail Team: Lead and inspire our detail team to deliver top-notch car detailing services. Your guidance will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• 
  Inspect Cars for Delivery: Ensure that every vehicle meets our quality standards before delivery. Conduct thorough inspections to guarantee customer satisfaction and uphold our commitment to excellence.
• 
  Manage the Lot: Take charge of our vehicle lot, organizing and optimizing the space for efficient operations. Your organizational skills will contribute to a seamless workflow and a well-maintained lot.

Qualifications:

  Proven experience in car detailing or automotive management.

  Strong leadership and team management skills.

  Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  Excellent organizational abilities.
• 
  Effective communication skills

individual must be driven, hard-working, and able to multi-task. 

Must be willing to work evenings and Saturdays. $45-50k/annually DOE.
