Job Description

As a Team Leader at Elevare Branding, you will oversee daily team operations, ensure performance standards are met, and drive strategic initiatives that support company objectives. You will play a key role in coaching team members, improving workflow efficiency, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role combines leadership, organization, and strategic thinking to support overall business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve performance targets

  • Monitor daily operations and ensure quality standards are maintained

  • Provide coaching, training, and ongoing development to team members

  • Coordinate with management to implement strategic initiatives

  • Track performance metrics and prepare performance reports
