SUMMARY

Responsible for departmental operations of all departments. Reports to the CNO.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum Education: Graduate of a school of nursing. B.S.N. preferred.
2. Minimum Experience: Three to five year’s clinical acute nursing experience, minimum one-year previous charge nurse or supervisory experience required. Knowledge of regulatory compliance.
3. Required License/Certifications: Current RN license in the State of California. BLS certification ACLS, and MAB is required.
4. Physical Demands: Employee must meet physical and mental requirements as identified by the physical activity evaluation form.
