Work Schedule: 8 am – 5 pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Type of Employment: Long-term Contract

Compensation: $17 - $20 / hour

Job Description

Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a bilingual customer service professional for a branch-based position within the financial services industry. This role combines customer interaction, cash transaction processing, and administrative support in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate enjoys assisting customers, maintaining accuracy in financial transactions, and delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming phone inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate team members when additional assistance is needed.
  • Verify customer information and transaction details to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
  • Respond to questions regarding accounts, services, and general banking-related inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities to connect customers with additional products or services that may meet their needs.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Follow established security protocols, internal controls, and operational guidelines.
  • Assist with branch administration, including document management, scanning, filing, balancing transactions, and other operational tasks.
  • Support overall branch efficiency through strong attention to detail and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience handling cash transactions in a customer-facing environment.
  • Previous teller, retail banking, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience providing high-quality customer service in a professional setting is strongly desired.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable using computers, data entry systems, and standard office software.
