GreenLight ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental needs throughout the Thornton, CO area.
Full-Time & Part-Time | 15–40 hours per week | 4-or 8-hour shifts
Pay: $25–$31 per hour, based on experience
Bilingual Spanish-speaking RBTs are strongly preferred.

What You'll Do
As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children and adolescents ages 2–18 in their homes and community settings.
Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans
Help clients develop communication, social, daily living, and independence skills
Collect and accurately document session data
Follow treatment plans and clinical recommendations provided by the BCBA
Communicate professionally with families, caregivers, and the clinical team
Support positive behavior change and help clients reach their individualized goals
What We're Looking For
Active RBT certification required
Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred
Experience working with children is preferred but not required
Passion for working with children and supporting families
Reliable, responsible, and dependable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Ability to travel to client homes within the assigned service area
Ability to pass a background check
