Allendale Columbia School (AC) seeks a people-centered, organized part-time HR Coordinator to support the day-to-day human resources needs of our school community. This role plays an important part in fostering a positive, supportive employee experience that directly impacts our students and families. This is a part-time, non-exempt position of approximately 20 hours per week, reporting to the CFO.
ResponsibilitiesSalary commensurate with experience, range is $40K-52K. Part-time benefits include TIAA/CREF retirement plan participation, lunch in the Dining Commons, professional development support, and partial tuition remission for qualified children.
