Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Event Staff to support a variety of events in Park City, including concerts, weddings, and special banquets. This role plays a key part in creating memorable guest experiences by assisting with event setup, execution, and breakdown. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is flexible with scheduling. Candidates must also be prepared to respond to basic medical situations and provide first aid when necessary.

Job Specifications:  

  • Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $22.19/hr  
  • Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026  
  • Shift Type: Part Time hours available 
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age  
  • Housing Availability: No

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with event setup and teardown, including tables, chairs, décor, staging, and equipment
  • Support live events such as concerts, weddings, and banquets to ensure smooth operations
  • Greet and direct guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide general assistance to event organizers, vendors, and venue staff
  • Monitor event spaces to ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization
  • Help with food and beverage service as needed (serving, clearing, restocking)
  • Respond quickly to guest requests and resolve issues with a positive attitude
  • Provide basic first aid and respond to medical incidents in accordance with training and company protocols
  • Quickly escalate emergencies and coordinate with onsite medical personnel or emergency services when required
  • Follow all venue policies, safety guidelines, and event procedures

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
  • Current EMT/OEC and CPR certification.
  • Ability to assess and respond calmly to medical or safety incidents
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable transportation to Park City event locations

Preferred:

  • Experience with concerts, weddings, or banquet service
  • Familiarity with event setup.
  • Prior experience in safety, medical response, and emergency services

 

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $22.19/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
