Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, you will join a team of dedicated healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to our residents. Openings:
32 hours on 7a-3p, includes every other weekend
24 hours on 3p-11p, includes every other weekend
Pay Range:
Our competitive pay range is $42 to $44.50 per hour, depending on the shift. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials, and you'll receive weekly pay.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration
Supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care and maintain accurate resident records
Follow physician's orders and maintain accurate awareness of residents on alert lists
Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes, including resident evaluations and care plans
Visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs and maintain accurate awareness of resident conditions
Education and Experience:
Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited school of nursing or college
Must be CPR certified
Must have a current and active RN license in the state or be in the process of obtaining one
